Freelance Photography for Artists & Creatives

Honest, thoughtful documentation for studio life, process, and finished work

I offer freelance photography for artists, makers, and creative practitioners looking to capture their work, studio environment, or practice in a way that feels authentic and considered. Whether you need images for a portfolio, publication, funding application, or just to archive your work and space — I work collaboratively to document what matters most to you.

With a background in fine art and materials-led practice, I approach photography with a slow, intuitive sensibility, focusing on natural light, texture, and process. I understand the language of making and the importance of capturing both the finished piece and the context it came from — the tools, the dust, the fabric on your studio floor.

I offer:

  • Studio visits to document you and your working space

  • Process photography of making, materials, and tools

  • Finished work documentation (sculpture, ceramics, textiles, etc.)

  • Editorial-style portraits for websites, press or applications

  • Commissioned documentation of workshops, events or residencies

All commissions begin with a conversation. We’ll discuss what you need the photos for, the feeling or message you want them to convey, and any specifics around location, light, or deadlines.

Prices start at £250 for a short shoot with a digital edit and delivery of high-resolution images. Travel costs may apply outside the local area. I work across Somerset, Bristol, and the South West, but I’m open to travel.
